Summary Description
Currently enrolling in four different trials for the evaluation of the safety of medication taken once daily in subjects with moderate to severe chronic nonmalignant and non-neuropathic pain with and without constipation.

Key Inclusion

• Moderate to severe, chronic nonmalignant and nonneuropathic pain for at least 3 months.
