Phlebotomist and Documentation Specialist

As part of participating in clinical trials, each volunteer will have to undergo blood drawing —sometimes many times.  It is key that we have skilled employees for this function, as we want to make the experience as a volunteer as pleasant as possible.  We have found an experienced and caring person in Tracy Spinola.  When you arrive at the Waterbury site, Tracy’s warm smile and energetic personality immediately puts you at ease.  She has been a certified phlebotomist for 14 years and has learned a very gentle technique.  Tracy joined us about one year ago, and with her sunny personality and positive attitude has become a great asset to our company and reflects the professionalism we seek in our staff.

Tracy is also involved in ensuring all the data gathered from our clinical studies is accurately transferred to the pharmaceutical sponsors’ electronic data capture systems.  This requires an attention to detail and accuracy which she has shown in all her work at Chase Medical Research.
