Cheryl Nickles offers over eight years of experience in clinical research, starting as a Patient Recruitment Coordinator in 2004. She has been instrumental in the recruitment initiatives for all clinical research studies. Cheryl has an innate ability to help potential subjects clearly understand the opportunity they have in not only helping bring new medicines to the forefront but in offering themselves an opportunity to benefit from an alternative treatment for their condition. With her transparent way of explaining what clinical research participation involves, the patients cannot help but feel as though she puts their personal welfare first. Prior to her research career, Cheryl worked for a large internal medicine practice from 1993 to 2004. While at that position, she was repeatedly recognized for her customer service focus. Prior to her career in health care, Cheryl was involved extensively in the banking industry for over 18 years, working in areas ranging from Customer Service and Banking Management to Mortgage Lending. Cheryl has completed the CITI Training (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative).
